Lisa Castro, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, joined CFG in 2026 and brings over 15 years of experience specializing in gastroenterology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2009, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. Lisa is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, with both BCLS and ACLS certifications. She has extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and previously served as a Nursing Instructor at Galen College of Nursing from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Lisa has contributed to numerous professional committees, including the Advanced Practice Quality Committee at Deaconess Hospital, demonstrating her commitment to quality care and clinical excellence.
